Hydrojug Terms of Service

Order Processing and Approval

Every order placed with Hydrojug undergoes a thorough approval process to ensure accuracy and to prevent fraud. Orders may be restricted, canceled, or rejected due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or any suspicious activity identified.

Once your order is approved, the processing usually takes between 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed automatically during checkout. After processing, expect your shipment to arrive within 7-12 business days.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour period, orders move to automated fulfillment and cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns and Refunds

Initiate any return requests within 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except if the product was received damaged or defective.
Before returning any items, contact Hydrojug customer care at gregoryjackson699807@outlook.com to obtain return authorization.
After inspection of the returned product, refunds will be made through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
