At Hydrojug, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within the guidelines outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, you must submit your return request within 30 calendar days of your order delivery date. Returns must meet all the following conditions:

Item is unused, unworn, and in the original condition as received
Includes all original packaging, tags, parts, and materials
Item is suitable for resale after our inspection

Returns lacking original packaging or showing any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-crafted products
Downloadable software or digital content
Gift certificates and gift cards
Items purchased on final sale or clearance
Items damaged due to customer negligence after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. To cancel, please contact us immediately at gregoryjackson699807@outlook.com. Cancellations requested after the 12-hour window cannot be processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item you received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please note that the original shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days prior to shipment. Delivery times depend on location and generally take between 7-15 business days.
